The EMS is intended for the packaging of high-speed products in various materials.
Like the SD/SDR RDM, it is managed by the SIMOTION * system from SIEMENS *. It is secure thanks to 3 levels of access and is equipped with the Audit trail system for production monitoring.
With a flexible design, it is made up of independent sealing modules, fixed to a one-piece welded stainless steel frame.
The sealing modules are completely independent and can be easily removed to be modified or replaced depending on the production to be carried out.
It can also be pre-equipped with several additional sealing modules such as double longitudinal sealing, sealing tools for empty bags, etc…
